โปรแกรม Outlook ที่ต่ำกว่า version 2016 ในขั้นตอนการ Add new account จะมีการให้ตั้งค่าเลือก sender requires authentication เพื่อยืนยันการ login user password หากไม่มีการตั้งค่าหรือมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงติ๊กถูกออก sender requires authentication ทำให้เกิด Error จำนวนมากในฝั่งของ Server mail ระบบจะมองว่า Error ดังกล่าวเข้ามามากและไม่ปลอดภัยจึงทำการ Auto blacklist IP [ชั่วคราว] หากทำการแก้ไขหรือไม่มี Error เข้ามาระบบจะปลด blacklist IP ให้อัตโนมัติในเวลาต่อมา
ในการถูก Auto blacklist IP ของระบบเมล์จะส่งผลต่อผู้ใช้งานบน IP ร่วมกันทั้งหมดไม่สามารถ Access เข้ามายังระบบเมล์ได้ตามระยะเวลาการ blacklist
วิธีการแก้ไข sender requires authentication
1. เปิดโปรแกรม Outlook
Outlook 2013 or older version
File >> Account setting >> Double click “Your-account” >> More setting >> Tab bar “Outgoing server”
Outlook 2016 or latest version
File >> Account setting >> Manage profiles >> Email account >> Double click “Your-account” >> More setting >> Tab bar “Outgoing server”
2. ติ๊กเลือก “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” [ตามรูป]
3. กดปุ่ม OK และ Next เพื่อ Finish
