Auto redirect all mail คือ การตั้งค่ารับเมล์และส่งต่อไปยังบัญชีผู้รับปลายทางอัตโนมัติ
ในที่นี้เป็นการตั้งค่าผ่าน web management สำหรับผู้ถือสิทธิ์แอดมินเท่านั้น
ตัวอย่าง recipient@abc.com ตั้งค่า redirect all mail to “examA@xyz.com , examB@xyz.com “
เมื่อเมล์ส่งหา recipient@abc.com บัญชี examA@xyz.com และ examA@xyz.com จะได้รับเมล์เช่นกัน
วิธีการตั้งค่า ดังนี้
1. Login web management [http://mail.your-domain:8010]
Example: http://mail.customer.cathosting.in.th:8010
ใช้ user ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ administrator ในการเข้าใช้งานเท่านั้น
กรณีลืม password Administrator คลิก
2. คลิกเลือก Objects >> (เลือกบัญชีที่ต้องการตั้งค่า) >> Mail >> Incoming mail rules
3. จากหน้าต่าง Incoming mail rules
ติ๊กเลือก Copy All Mail To (ตามรูปด้านล่าง)

Textbox = ใส่บัญชีผู้รับปลายทางที่ต้องการ redirect
กรณีต้องการใส่ผู้รับมากกว่า 1 บัญชี ใช้เครื่องหมาย ( , ) comma
Keep the Original = เจ้าของบัญชีที่ตั้งค่าต้องการรับเมล์ไว้ด้วย และ redirect ออกไปด้วย
หากไม่คลิกเลือกเมล์จะไม่เข้า Inbox เจ้าของบัญชีที่ตั้งค่า
Action = รายละเอียดตามด้านล่างนี้

5. กดปุ่ม Updateเพื่อยืนยันการตั้งค่า
ทุกครั้งที่ทำการตั้งค่าควรทดสอบการใช้งานเสมอ

หมายเหตุ หาก server mail [@xyz.com] ปลายทางมีการตั้ง policy reject SPF fail [โดนเมนที่ส่งมาไม่ตรงกับข้อมูล DNS spf ระบบเมล์จะ reject]
3. policy setting: Keep the original sender address
บัญชี exam@xyz.com จะได้รับเมล์แสดงผล ดังนี้
