Vacation Message คือ การตั้งค่าตอบเมล์กลับอัตโนมัติตามข้อความที่ระบุไว้ ซึ่งมีข้อกำหนดจะตอบเมล์กลับอัตโนมัติหาผู้ส่งเพียงหนึ่งครั้งต่อวัน ดังนั้น หากเป็นการทดสอบสามารถกด Clear ‘Replied Addresses’ List เพื่อรีเซ็ตการแจ้งเตือน
ในที่นี้เป็นการตั้งค่ามีผลเฉพาะบัญชีที่ทำการ login เข้าเว็บเมล์

ตัวอย่าง http://mail.customer.cathosting.in.th - คลิกเลือก Preference >> Vacation message
3. คลิกเลือก Vacation message enabled
เพื่อยืนยันการใช้งานหรือยกเลิกฟังก์ชั่นนี้ (สีเขียว = เปิดใช้งาน | สีขาว = ยกเลิกการใช้งาน)
Start = กำหนดวันเริ่มต้น
Ends = กำหนดวันสิ้นสุด
Text = ระบุข้อความการตอบกลับ (รายละเอียดอักขระพิเศษที่ใช้ตอบกลับอยู่ด้านล่าง Note)
***Start, Ends หากไม่มีการใส่ข้อมูลเป็นการกำหนดให้ตอบเมล์กลับอัตโนมัติแบบไม่มีกำหนดวันสิ้นสุด
เมื่อตั้งค่าเรียบร้อยแล้วกดปุ่ม Apply
ทุกครั้งที่ทำการตั้งค่าควรทดสอบการใช้งานเสมอ
Clear ‘Replied Addresses’ List = หากเป็นการทดสอบสามารถกด “Clear” เพื่อรีเซ็ตการตอบเมล์กลับอัตโนมัติ
เนื่องด้วยระบบจะตอบเมล์กลับอัตโนมัติหาผู้ส่งคนเดิม 1 ครั้ง ต่อ 1 วัน

^s is substituted with the Subject of the original message (in the MIME-decoded form)
^F is substituted with the From address of the original message (in its original form)
^f is substituted with the From address of the original message (in the MIME-decoded form)
^T is substituted with the Date field of the original message
^I is substituted with the Message-ID field of the original message
^R is substituted with the To field of the original message (in the MIME-decoded form)
^r is substituted with the E-mail address of the current Account.
