Run Microsoft Outlook
คลิกเลือก File [มุมบนซ้ายมือ]
เลือก Info >> Account Setting >> Manage Profiles
คลิกเลือก Email Account
ดับเบิ้ลคลิก Your-Account
หน้าต่าง Change-Account

Password: กรณี ลืม/เปลี่ยนแปลง รหัสผ่าน หากไม่แน่ใจว่ารหัสผ่านถูกหรือไม่ แนะนำให้ทดสอบ Login เข้าใช้งานผ่านเว็บเมล์ http://mail.Your-domain [Ex. http://mail.customer.cathosting.in.th] พิมพ์รหัสผ่านใส่ Text file, notepad เพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ไม่ควรสุ่มเดารหัสผ่านเนื่องด้วยระบบมีการตรวจสอบหากมี login fail จำนวนมาก ระบบมองว่าไม่ปลอดภัยและทำการบล็อก IP access connect ชั่วคราว สงผลต่อผู้ใช้งานร่วมกันภายในองค์กร

Incoming server (POP): 995

Outgoing server (SMTP): 465

Leave a copy of messages on server คือ กำหนดให้ลบเมล์ออกจาก Server อัตโนมัติ [หรือลบเมล์ออกจาก webmail]
หมายเหตุ หากไม่ติ๊กเลือกเอาไว้เมื่อมีการซิงค์ โปรแกรม Outlook จะดาวโหลดเมล์เข้ามายังตัวโปรแกรม จะลบเมล์จาก Server อัตโนมัติ [เมล์จะถูกมาเก็บไว้บนเครื่องคอมฯ]
Remove from server after คือ กำหนดวันที่จะลบเมล์ออกจาก Server อัตโนมัติหลังมีการซิงค์
หมายเหตุ ในหนึ่งบัญชีหากใช้ รับ-ส่ง เมล์ มากกว่า 1 อุปกรณ์ รวมไปถึงมือถือ ควรกำหนดวันให้เหมาะสม หากเครื่องใดเครื่องหนึ่งทำการดาวโหลดเมล์ และลบเมล์ออกจาก Server ไป เครื่องอื่นๆไม่สามารถอ่านเมล์จาก Server ได้เช่นกัน
ทั้งนี้ ไม่แนะนำให้ตั้งค่า POP3 มากกว่า 1 อุปกรณ์ แนะนำให้ตั้งค่า POP3 ไว้กับโปรแกรม Outlook บนเครื่องคอมฯหลัก และใช้การตั้งค่า IMAP กับอุปกรณ์อื่นแทน [Mobile phone, Tablet, Ipad]
กดปุ่ม OK เพื่อเสร็จสิ้น
Note:
ผู้ใช้งานไม่ควรเปลี่ยน Port Incoming หรือ Outgoing เนื่องด้วย Outlook 2016 – 2019 [office365] จะมีความปลอดภัยสูงกว่าเวอร์ชั่นที่ผ่านๆมา หากมีการแก้ไข Port Incoming หรือ Outgoing จะต้องเลือกในส่วนของ type of encrypted connection ให้ถูกต้องด้วย ซึ่งหากเลือกไม่ถูกต้องจะมี Message error ส่งเข้าไปในระบบเมล์จำนวนมาก ส่งผลให้ Mail server Block IP access connect ของลูกค้าได้

กลับมาที่หน้าต่าง Change-Account
กดปุ่ม Test Account Settings
หากการตั้งค่าข้างต้นถูกต้องทุกอย่าง Status = Completed ทั้ง 2 บรรทัด
กดปุ่ม Close
หน้าต่าง Change-Account
ตั้งค่าเรียบร้อยแล้วให้กดปุ่ม Next and Close ตามลำดับ [จะทดสอบเข้าใช้งานอีกครั้ง] เพื่อกลับสู่การใช้งาน Outlook
เสร็จสิ้น
